Are these silkie wings ok?

Trying to learn all I can about silkie conformation. Appreciate the critiques.


First the pullet:

His appear more frayed than hers, although both are not as silkie as preferred, but certainly within the standard.

What is more important is how the bird carries the wings. Can you take a photo showing the side of the bird and how they hold their wings when left to their own devices?

She carries hers better. His are not "closed" as well as they ought to be, but that is being very picky. A slightly larger concern is whether the primaries close UNDER the wing or on top. On top is a concern, and can be an indication of split wing.
 
OK...I just checked the cockerel and the feathers definitely fold under...thank goodness!

His comb is definitely too red. The pullets is quite dark. What are the chances that his chicks will have too red a comb...50/50??
