Are these tape worms??? Picture

I found this picture on line and it is exactly like the larva/eggs I am seeing in one of my chickens poop. Before I start to treat I would like to be sure what they are?

They move and the "head portion" changes to become like a round ball as can be seen in the picture.

THank you. Do you happen to know if it is the large or dwarf tape worm?

I have been reading up regarding what people have advised to use and also found some additional info but now I don't know if I should treat with Albendazole or Praziquantel.

Can anyone with experience in treating them successfully please advise?
