crap...

Anyone want a chicken sandwich?

I think I got like 7 roosters and three hens... I only ever hear one or two roostering.. I was hoping the others were just hens that looked like roosters but maybe they arent mature enough to rooster yet.

Fred's Hens :

None of them are truly RIR, but the ID's on sexes look to be correct. Sorry.

Got to agree with Fred yet again, looking at the bright yellow legs tells me they are a sexlink/cross of sort. I also agree that its 3 boys based on plumage.

I concur. The RIR males have green tail feathers. The hens do not. But these don't look like full breed RIRs.

The one hiding is too small to make the others anything but roos. Sorry. Oh, and they don't have to crow right away to be roos. i recently found out my "100% garunteed" americauna pullet was a roo, making three. Take a look at the combs. The boys will have huge combs in a few weeks.

Please tell me HOW you all know they are roos??? They look like my 4 hens!! How can you tell from that picture???? I am confused.
