Are these wheaten Marans all pullets?

I've been thinking the one on the far right is a Cockerel since its tail didn't come in as fast as the other two. They are 9 weeks old and it has no signs of being a rooster with larger comb or dark colors on legs. Other than having a shorter tail, they look identical. This particular one is very hard to get a picture of.

All pullets, they have the female specific color. Males would be black breasted.
