Are they dangerous to ducks?

    We have a woodchuck walking around our backyard and I was wondering if they are dangerous to ducks?

    The woodchuck keeps walking around in circles and doesn't seem to have any idea where it's going. I was thinking it may have rabies or some other kind of disease. It's been walking in circles for at least 15 minutes now.

    I put the ducks away in their shed, but should I really be worried?

    Woodchucks are herbivores, but if you suspect it has rabies, you need to report it to your authorities and see what they recommend. The danger would be if it has something contagious that it would pass to your chickens.
