Are they ever quiet???

I cant tell how many females I have….. I think two, I'm really not sure. How is the best way to tell??? The ones I think are females are the ones making a two syllable call, but then again sometime I think all of them do the same call…….
 
The ones that do the 'buckwheat' call are female. Also, females tend to let their wings hang a bit and let their rumps, as I call them, show. Males are more rowdy and will raise their wings like a butterfly and try to attack you.
 
Well….. I think I have figured out the reason for their squalling!!! After really watching them for a few days, I noticed that they would go into the coop when the pullets would go in to lay an egg…..showing support and egging them along
