Mine is the same way...the day I stuck the eggs in, it was fine, but then that night it soared up to 110, and I didn't change the setting at all! I turned it down just barely, and it wouldn't get above 80...I also have issues because it sits in a room that is fairly chilly (I keep it in my office at the back of the house because it is very noisy, and to keep the cats away, but since our house is only heated by a wood stove in the front part of the house, it gets cold back there), and I found I have to keep a blanket wrapped around the incubator to keep it at a high enough temperature. It's working now, fortunately, and I haven't lost too many eggs. I've got 18 developing for sure out of an original 21. I think the temperature knob on the LGs must not be very good.
