Are they good Brooders?

Are comets and leghorns known to go broody. Does anyone have comets or leghorns that go broody?

I don’t have experience with those two breeds, BUT I do have ISA Browns who are also bred for high egg production and are not known to go broody. My ladies are about 7 months old and 2 of them just went broody recently. One of them gave up after a couple weeks of on & off the nest, but one was determined to sit on her eggs. We have an Araucana rooster so we decided to let her go for it since the eggs should be fertilized. She successfully hatched 2 chicks! So I guess while it’s not common in these breeds, it’s still possible.
