Are they ready to lay

So i was just wondering from a picture if my hens seem old enough to lay.
i have 7 hen and just figured out that i have 1 rooster. 1 buckeye one delaware and 6 orington hens.
heres the picture all my hens seem to look alike and this photo is a good shot of one behind the rooster.

They are some good looking birds

My orpingtons started laying at 23 weeks old. Each day that passed seemed like an eternity! Try to be patient you may have a little bit time more to wait. Be sure to post a photo of the first egg!

who told you the breeds of your birds ? the 2 birds on the left (grey) look like they may be andalusians, I m probably wrong ,anyway when the combs and wattles grow more and turn really red thats when they will be close to ready
