Are they show quality??

Can anyone tell me if these are show quality? There not my sebrights but I'm planning to get some chicks from the lady that owns them.

The lacing on the rooster's chest doesn't look very clean, and his comb looks kind of wonky. As far as I can tell, the hen looks okay though.
