Are they too hot?

We are in the middle of a heat wave and I'm concerned about my 2 week old chicks. My chicks are sitting with their wings away from their body. One of them will lay with her neck stretched out at times and with look like she's yawning over and over again. Are they too hot? If so what can I do? If not, what might be the problem?

Do they have supplemental heat, as in under a heat lamp or heating cave? If so, turn it off. From watching 2-week-old chicks with broody hens, I've seen that by that age they are sleeping near their mom, but not under her, on warm summer nights. And they never need her warmth during the hot summer days.
Ok. They have a Eco glow brooder. It still is cold at night so I'll turn it off during the day and then back on at night
