Are those mites?

Good day all!
I have a rooster who is behaving normal but I have noticed some brown tiny dots on his comb and on his mates(other rooster around him), doesnt harm didnt notice anything else. eating and drinking fine. Could be mites? if yes how to treat, I prefer natural & homemade remedies.

Mites don’t hang out on the comb. That is just dried blood from pecking - normal.
