Are two-toned feathers normal?

I have brahma chickens that have two toned feathers so yeah u would say it is normal
What breed is it from?

Completely normal, unless the birds are my Chameleons, which are unusual.

He's a 12 week old Jersey Giant x RIR back-cross. I've seen feathers split in the other direction, but never half and half like this.

It's very common for feathers to be split tone.
