I know this is a weird question.
I was away from home overnight, when I came home this afternoon my hens laid 2 eggs that felt WARM to the touch. It's been really hot here(close to 100 today.

The eggs were laid in a kitty litterbox w/ hood and air vents .There's a generous amount of pine shavings in the box and they just love it. The box is free standing on top of their sleeping quarters.
Are these still edible?

Yes they will be fine. just pop them in the refigerator when you are not going to eat them soon. I've eaten eggs that are left out about 36 hours and they were fine.

if the eggs were warm to the touch they may have been fresh laid... i get worried if they are to cold without being in a fridge

How long can you keep banty eggs too hatch or decide you want too keep. They have not been refrigerated at all. The first one was laid 7/18. I told a friend of mine I would have too ask yall this question cause I wasn't sure what that answer would be.
