Hi everyone!
We have 18 hens and two very active roosters , so fertility for incubation here is very high at the moment! My question is: we have a coop setup with light and heat (if we want these features on) and we were hoping to extend the egg laying a bit into Winter - would those eggs laid during the cold months continue to be fertile? (COuld I incubate them?) I guess what I am asking is if the roosters will still be "active" during the Winter too...?!? (Or would I get the eggs, but no fertility for incubation?)
Thank you
Thais
