I LOOOOOOVE my chickens. Like, a lot. My husband thinks it’s a bit much (although he love them too, just not like me.) 😂

What have you done that might be considered a bit “extra” by someone who might not be as crazy as you are about your flock?

Example:
We ordered fish fry’s the other night to celebrate my son’s awesome report card! Each came with a side of cole slaw, which no one in my house likes. I took all the containers, put them in a colander, rinsed it thoroughly, dried it, and put it in a bowl in the fridge to give to my chickens. I was told I am more careful with their food than I am with the family’s lol.

Can’t wait to hear these stories!

I spoil my chickens a lot. I really spoil my lap trained cockerel. He recently got moved outside. But while every day when I got home he would jump up on my shoulder and go around my house with me. He was spoiled more than my dogs. 😂

That is awesome! 😊 I so want to bring a chicken in the house…but my dogs would not be as welcoming…
