Are you a Night-owl or a Early-bird

I am definitely a night-owl but am trying to become an early-bird.

Night owl. I was a dairy farmer for many years. The lifestyle clashed with my sleep style. It was exhausting. Now I'm free to stay up late and sleep later.

Today I got up at 7:00 am
Yesterday I got up at 5:50 am
The day before I got up at 6:00 am

It is so peaceful and weird to see the sun come up. It changes from pitch black to lots of light in a matter of minutes!

Thanks! I love it! Okay, I'll be happy to share some stuff.

#1 - I have two kittens that are sleeping with me at the moment. They always wake up early (between 5:30 am and 7:00 am) and wake me up with meowing to get out of the room or playing with each other.

#2 - I set my alarms...and even if I think to myself "It's so cozy in bed, I don't want to get up!" I KNOW that I have to or else I'll fall back to sleep and get up at 9:00 am. And it's especially hard to get up because it's so cold in the mornings.

#3 - Being excited about something wakes me up early, naturally. Like a birthday, a long trip, or something like getting a new pet (even a fish).
