Are your August 2017 hatched pullets laying?

My girls were hatched August 29th. There's 2 Australorps, 2 Easter Eggers, and 3 Barred Rocks. They've got to be close. Most of them are squatting now.

How about your August hatched girls, are they laying yet? What's their breed and hatch date?

We purchased chicks from the farm store on August 20. The 2 hens that we still have from the original 4 just started laying in the last week or so. They’re a Speckled Sussex & a red hen (not sure of her breed). One has a very pretty dark brown egg, which are on the small side right now. The other has only laid about 4 or 5 miniature sized eggs so far.

We got 9 Rhode Island Red's from Cackle Hatchery and they hatched on 8/16/17 and the first two started laying 12/20/17 at 18 weeks old. By 1/20/18 all 9 are laying daily.

I have 3 that hatched in the 1st week of September, 21 weeks now. 1 Barred Rock, 1 FBCM and this ^ mystery bird. They are reddening up in the face and all have about 2 finger with pin one separation. Vents are open and moist. No squatting just yet, but they HAVE to be close right?!
