I have 1 rooster - a frizzle Pekin bantam rooster and he is such ...a dear and a troublesome for the hens.
Morning and late afternoon he is very busy with mating and my hens do not like him. Some of my hens hide away from him. He is a bantam and they are standard size hens and some are quite big like Wyandottee and Plymouth Rock. ..so I am sort of having problem with that because the hens do not like him, he is nice to them beside the mating.
He crows like crazy whenever I separate him from the hens more than a few hours.
