Are your embdens noisy?

I have a 10 month old pair of embdens and they are so noisy! Not as bad as the Chinese I have had in the past, but they honk quite a bit. I swear they honk if the wind blows funny!

Does any one else think their embdens are noisy?

From my understanding, they are one of the noisiest geese behind Chinese/Africans.

I have one Embden gander and at times he can be very noisy, and nosy too. I think they just like to hear themselves speak.

Defo vocal. We have ten including 3 ganders, and they love to talk, they all want to shout when let out in the morning and love to shout at feed time. But sit with them in the evening or one to one and you will find that with TLC you will end up with your own soft calls and ways of communicating with them.

Or may be its just cause I'm a mad brit.

I have three and when I let them out in the morning become vocal for about 15 seconds or so. Also vocal if someone drives up the driveway and when I give them treats, but other than that I never hear them.
