Hi guys. Besides probiodics are there any medications I should be giving my girls here in the Phoenix area?

Read your feed bag, since many major brands now include probiotics. What brand are you using? There are commercial products in the poultry aisle at feed stores, but a good plain yogurt with cultures is good to use if there are none in the feed. Fresh clean water every day and a balanced fresh feed appropriate to their age and laying status is all that you need to give. Apple cider vinegar is a popular thing to use in the water occasionally, but not really required or necessary.
