Arizona law / laws regarding the selling of our eggs

you are lucky you don't sell here in WA. there are so many rules and i get paranoid about my lables because your supposed to have many things on them... the only thing i do not have on mine is the nutrition.....
in WA we can't recycle due to bacteria build up....
then again i have an egg dealers license, which i got to just sell at the farmers market....

also my cartons have to have a state sticker or seal.... so i consider what you have to do is simple.
Investing in a Dynamo label machine is awesome.

Thank you for this info. We are finally getting enough eggs to consider selling them, and have only (so far) been giving them away not to mention eating them.

We are very rural here in central AZ and all of our local markets sell "Laid Daily at a Farm Near You" eggs (as Sanchoman calls them).

ReiMiraa: This is exactly why I decided not to go that way. We have a really nice farmer's market here in Pt. Townsend and I was excited to finally have enough eggs to sell there. We can sell eggs direct to customers with no problem but to sell at the market (still direct to customers as far as I'm concerned) we have to deal with all the state regs. Doesn't make sense to me but I have no problem selling all my eggs to direct customers. Problem solved.
