Hi, I'm new here but I live in Az. northwest 42miles from Hoover Dam . My chickens are in the shade during the heat of the day and they do quite well. I have 3 buffs,3 plymoth rocks 3 aracanas and 2
austrulops and they all manage very well.The temperature here doesn't usually get over 100 degrees and they have fresh water at all times.
