Yes they did... However, (almost everyone) on that string were(are) great people and very helpful. Thankfully, this thread has retained the good ones!!! You will find that you will get good honest help with questions and if you are interested in acquiring eggs there are some excellent sources here.

It certainly did. I am hoping to add this breed to my flock next hatching season (as I planned to last season but I had 0/12 hatch). Until then I am going to keep on with a breeding project very similar to this, Blue Ameraucana/White Leghorn crosses then selecting for blue egg/pea comb. I even have a couple of barred chicks out of this cross from the White Leghorn side.

I will be hatching sometime between march - may. If you guys have Splash or blue covering blue hens that would be amazing.
