Too early to say yet. It needs a beak trim, when you get a chance.

Unsure of breed, but based on the comb development I'd say Cockerel today.
Maybe someone else can give opinion on the breed, and yes a trim would help this bird's beak for sure.

Likely a cockerel with a moderate cross beak. Sadly that condition may worsen.
