I think it's because I'm working from a small device; I have to zoom right in to draw each separate detail, which usually leads to messed up proportions.
If I draw on paper (and actually try), my people generally come out well enough, so I think it's probably my screen size.

It's not so much Europeans, it's us from the United Kingdom. XD

I guess it's worth remembering that we don't use the same words as you guys do. (Some of your words mean very different things here. XD) So they'll either find it funny or awkward, occasionally. XD
