On my mac, it's File (far left) then Save.

No, I'm using my phone. I was experimenting with it last night and I found a way to save it, but it's kind of a pain. Apparently you can send it to notes and then save it from there.

There is a way but I don’t have it on my phone, only Kindle, so I can’t show you rn.
