Yup. That's a compliment. (Once I said "your a nice person" to a hilarious girl who happens to be my friend then she replied in a jokey voice cause she was joking "thanks you're a horrible person" we just laughed.

Well, looks like I won't be able to draw anything tomorrow. Misty isn't even my character. She belongs to @MysticChickens04 and just a guess, but I'd say she looks something like her profile picture. :3
She's got a bit of hair dyed teal on her bangs, and the tip of her tail.

I figured it was Mystic's, but you guys do all that stuff. XD
