How do I draw someone with their head tilted up? I've looked at pictures but I still can't make it look right

If you look at the foward facing head, then at the one looking up, you'll notice quite a few differences.
Just a few being:
1. The shape of the jaw, instead of turning to the normal point, curves to show the underside of the jaw.
2. The eyes are sat above the top of the ears, and the end of the nose is sat higher than the bottom of the ear.
3. And, the neck is "longer" because it's stretched upwards.

Hopefully that helps? XD

((Also, I think you should add a slope to your shoulders. :3 :p ))

Thank you, I think this will help a lot!

(That's the frame I do, I'll slope the shoulders when I'm farther in ;))
