Actually I think it’s just the osprey
Weird that it was the first bird I saw with outstretched claws and I drew it even though it was the anomaly
 
I guess it makes sense though for an osprey to have talons like that since it probably helps grasp fish
Eagle should be taking tips instead of stealing fish

Anyway zygodactyl always looks weird to me, maybe because odd groupings are more pleasing to the eye.
