artificial food

Hi Sean. What do you mean by "artificial food?" Do you mean, commercially processed food? And, does it work the same as what? The food chickens get by free ranging?
Thanks for any clarification.
 
Is anyone else thinking of the artificial blood, like on True Blood?

picturing vampire chickens..................must be time to go to bed.
 
Sean, I would recommend that you offer them commercial food, or make your own (there are some recipes on this site), in addition to their free ranging.
