That is where my problem comes in. I need to hatch the chicks in warm weather so they can go outside when they get their feathers in (they get smelly real quick in the house
) I have at least one show a month from March untill November and they don't lay in the winter so I have to hatch during show season if I want chicks
I think I have it figured out now so I'm going to give AI a try this year and see what happens, not that it is the most pleasant thing to do but from what I understand it's part of raising the fluffy-butt breeds and it is just something that I am going to have to do
