I'm also a writer and I would HIGHLY recommend you do not post any writing on a forum like BYC. If you want to post your writing somewhere where you can receive feedback and refer friends to check it out, Wattpad is a great place to do that. [ www.wattpad.com ] Copying is disabled on the site, and it's super user friendly and enables you to really showcase your writing. If someone else already suggested this, then sorry for the repeat and kudos to them. Good luck!
