What does lifted mean?

There's your normal car hight, and there's the lifted kind. Basically, someone has added things to make the car taller. On Hot Wheel's Chevy Blazers, they made them all lifted. Normally, they're not that tall. Hopefully I'm making sense...

“So, what things are you interested in, any specific classes?” He asked her, try to not sound too nosy.

She walked quickly down the street her dark hair was pulled back from her face and she’d added a very fine coat of eye shadow which made her bright blue eyes pop
