As chicks are getting older...I'm starting to wonder.

I bought 5 chicks from a guy over Craigslist. They were supposed to be Golden Laced Bantam Cochins. I have had some issues with my chicks: cocci, fleas & a non-cochin, so I'm starting to doubt the others as well. What is your take on them? & do you see any signs of girls/boys? They are supposed to be around 3 weeks. TIA

And the 2 I'm pretty sure are Cochin GL Bantams...but I could be wrong
