What do you mean by mixing up?
I don't see any indication that they have mixed anything up other than spelling and punctuation.
"gesse 2 females 25.00 chicken 12.00 each rabbiet a pair 25.00"
I interpret this as
2 female geese for sale for a cost of $25, chickens for sale at a cost of $12 each, and a pair of rabbits for sale at $25.
These errors could have been made very easily by someone who is ESL or who is severely learning disabled.
As for the comment above about spell check software:
If a person is only barely able to use a computer, then they may not even know such a thing exists. Sometimes a person learns just enough about using a computer to perform a few basic internet tasks. They may have had help to learn how to do that much, but may not yet have progressed to the point of spell-check. They may not even own a computer.
