Just came from a very good lamb butchering ! Have shard the meat wite my co worker, it is my costume to Bucher one at
Passover. Very very good food is on the way!
Here a pic. Of some of the meat.

We will have a very nice grill of internsl organs ( liver, Hart,spleen, pancreas,) some rear thigh skewers and some lamb chop tomorrow!

Looking for a recipe for ratitoiuy... I can't spell. Lol usually I just do the quick sear of veges and then add them together and serve on rice with fresh parm... I can't remember if I add anything else in it...

Some good seasoning to the sear but you have the right idea. Gotta keep something like that simple and focus on the taste of the veggies. Maybe a nice broth to drizzle over the whole thing.

I am so embarrassed but I dint know what those ingredients are.... I know I use fall veges... Squash.. And zucchini and stuff and bell peppers. Oh geez!! I got a huge craving and I can't remember.
