love Kumquats.....  ever had Kumquat marmalade.....

only tasted it once but its on my bucket list to make one day.
Benny you have quite a few fruit trees on your property....   Whats your climate like  I am assuming its Mediterranean....
I am inland here somewhat so its hotter than by the coast but we are classified as Mediterranean climate as well.
Up at my house its a bit drier and we have higher spikes of summer temps but mostly the climate seems about the same as San Diego temperature wise.
Dad used to work in orange groves and taught me some about citrus so when I bought a place that had a ring of citrus trees around it I got a lot of experience reviving the neglected.     I had navel Orange, Valencia orange, Grapefruit, Tangerine, and Lemon Trees.  There was also an avocado that was too young to produce fruit  under five years old.
Loved my tangerines and Lemons....  Once I got irrigation to them they were excellent producers.
Its too cold at my house in the winter to grow anything but Tangerines , Lemons, and Limes and only then certian varieties that are cold hearty  I get about 72 hours of snow per year and hard freezes at night.
