QUESTION!

How would you hang these acoustic panels without completely destroying the wall? They are made of felt and pretty thick (as shown in 2nd photo). The manufacturer suggested construction adhesive. Yeah, right. These puppies are coming with us when we move, and I HATE patching drywall.

I need to shop around a bit. I have this heavy duty 3m tape I use for hanging things on vinyl siding, but that would strip the latex paint. Plus the panels only weigh 1-2 lbs.

Got a couple of solid ideas out of this thread!

I've seen Alien Tape advertised as reusable, double sided tape, just rinse it off. So it would probably turn loose without ruining the paint. Claims it sticks to about anything. I've never tried it myself.
