Been using white until I can figure this out, then I want to go to brown for improved nutrition. Nothing special, just plain white.
I use a rice cooker. Zojirushi Neuro Fuzzy. It's an expensive rice cooker, but you tell it what kind of rice, and it cooks it to perfection every time. You can make rice porridge too. Mine has also lasted 16 years so far.

QUESTION!

For those that use an electric toothbrush, do you still use the same circular brushing motions, like you would with a manual brush (albeit with a lighter hand), or do you keep your wrist still and sort of drive it around your teeth and gums like a power washer?

I can't seem to get a straight answer on this from dental professionals.

You still brush, but with a lighter hand.

Move it as much as you need to for the head of the toothbrush to clean the entire surface of the tooth. If you have big teeth and a small toothbrush head, you might need to do a much slower and more gentle version of the motion you'd use for a manual brush. If you have a big toothbrush and small teeth you might be able to move it less, so you're doing something more like slowly "driving" it along your teeth in a line. Make sure you're still angling it right to get every bit of the tooth's surface if you do this. Whichever way you do it, don't press too hard.

This is super helpful, thank you! The toothbrush head is pretty big (Sonicare), so I should probably practice more driving/angling.
I hate wasabi. I know, heresy.
Wow. You're finally wrong about something. 😁

Is it because the heat shoots out your nose? I love it, but my husband isn't a fan for that reason.
No, I don’t have a better way…. Just my lazy way of stating that this is what I do. Not sure if it’s the best way ;)
I hear you. And yeah, I'd say I'm not known for my eloquent analogies. Watched too many Naked Gun moves in my formative years.
