This is super helpful, thank you! The toothbrush head is pretty big (Sonicare), so I should probably practice more driving/angling.
If your teeth and gums are healthy then it sounds like whatever you're doing is working. Unless your hygienist mentioned brushing technique for a reason, like for example if you're brushing over the gum line enough to cause bleeding or gum recession, I wouldn't worry too much.

I hate wasabi. I know, heresy.
And here I am looking forward to actually tasting real wasabi one day.

QUESTION!

For those that use an electric toothbrush, do you still use the same circular brushing motions, like you would with a manual brush (albeit with a lighter hand), or do you keep your wrist still and sort of drive it around your teeth and gums like a power washer?

I can't seem to get a straight answer on this from dental professionals.
I used one for a while, and I think I kind of still went in circles. It may have been due to my unfamiliarity with it, however.

If you live somewhere with a climate suitable for growing mustard greens, you could try growing the variety 'Wasabina' while you wait for these to be ready to harvest. It tastes surprisingly similar to actual wasabi.
