No. I just don't like the super bitter taste. I dislike horseradish for the same reason. So bitter it tastes metallic to my taste buds

I hate the vast majority of mustard UNLESS it’s honey or maple mustard.

Ahhh that sucks about the gagging and everything! There’s stuff I can’t stand too so I get it. I think for me, regular mustard is just too bitter or something lol but the sweet potato fries with maple mustard dip at a fairly famous New Hampshire diner? *chefs kiss*
