Ask Debbie292d Anything!

Yes, three of them. The one dearest to me is our last one, from the Humane Society, Stella. She's about 2. Lily is about 3 and is the best mouser. Oscar is a rescue and he's about 12. He was a great mouser too but a few years ago he got attacked by something in the woods and hasn't left the house since.

Stella guards the birds and brooders when she's inside.

How about you? Any pets?
Adorable!!!!!

How many chicks do you think you will hatch in 2026?
Well, it was over 500 this year. I'd have to talk to the lady that was buying them 40 at a time and see if she's still wanting that many.

I'll shoot for 400 this year. You?

Hmm, I'm not sure yet. I'm thinking less 🤣 it was a job this year!

We need a thread where everyone puts how many chicks they think they will hatch in 2026, and then come back at the end of the year and update with the actual number :lau

Aww!! :love :love

I have a dog named Sterling, then I'm typically counting my Mom's cats as mine, or more of her kittens because I'm often around them. She has a Norwegian Forrest Cat, Pepper, then from the strays this year, she kept two kittens, Jackson and Mittens. Mittens, the double pawed one, has basically claimed me as his human, and is always so excited to see me, and begs for me to pet him. Then Jackson I named and had put some time into him as a kitten hoping to convince my Mom to keep that one, which she did.
