A few of my good friends have moved also - I know your pain.

Usually when friends move..you lose contact b/c of the distance..it's pretty sad. I bet you could find new friends though, if not at your school, maybe other places. Be open and friendly, though people may look at you weird, don't feel weird...they're the ones with the problem.

Yeah, if I went to public school, I'd want friends too. But that's a choice you'll have to make personally - whether to go with them - or not. Just remember, that those "cool girls" will be the ones to dump you in the end.

Don't feel bad about it, for starters.  They are probably too self-concious to be a true friend - and those are the ones that count, right?  Don't be afraid to hang out with others that are ignored, they might be a great friend that your really missing out on.  
Be yourself in front of people, a few might see the real great girl that you are, and want to hang out.  Before you know it, you may have a few friends that stand out with you, are different than the others that are too afraid too stand out.  True friends are a choice treasure; I have a few true ones that I can truly trust; and that I know won't dump on me if I'm different than the others.  

 

You're so right! It's so fun, too, to be myself. Everyone thinks I'm weird and crazy, but I just tell them I am. I have a few closer friends and most of them are also kind of weird. No one but the teachers ignore me, though
