I do want to go to Crater Lake. I didn’t know you could swim.

Oh, you can't swim at Crater Lake, but you can take a boat tour to the island in the middle. I've only walked around the crater's rim, but it is absolutely stunning. Someday when I have money and time I'd like to do the boat tour and spend a few days doing the hike all the way around the rim.

Edit: I'd probably like swimming and the beach a lot more if my brother hadn't come close to drowning me a few too many times as a child.

I haven't been working on it as much as I'd like. Financial needs keep me from having the time to devote to it, unfortunately. I still listen for any of my coturnix that make particularly nice sounds.

Those have long hatched, been sorted, sold, and/or eaten by now.

I'll be hatching more before the end of the year, though!
