So are you admitting that you want/need to get into an A.A. (askers anonymous) group where you are around folks who also like to seem resistant to intelligent change from intelligent dialogue? Or is this something like "thank you Ma'am/sir, may I have another?" At which point I'd advise you reformulate your approach in this G-PG rated environment as this doesn't seem to be your 1st rodeo.
YMMV and be mindfull of 'chaffing' too. It's not just mentally iritating anymore, it can leave permanent scar's.
