Asking for help. Chick with leg issues

I have a chick that I have rescued and is undersized and is having problems walking. She uses her wing to help move. I have put a splint between her legs to help but now I notice that one foot (toes) is much smaller then the other. When she trys to walk she steps on the good foot with the bad one causing her to trip. I exercise her legs once or twice a day but was wondering if anyone else has dealt with this issue and could help!
