I needed helped a chick hatch last night, she made it out and I left her in the incubator over night. In the morning, I saw that she still was not walking, and it looked like she had splayed leg. Just now I tried putting a bandaid on to hold them together, but it apeared almost as if her legs were somehow facing side ways themselves? I am not quite sure how to explain it. Even with the bandaid she still was not able to stand. Is it just splayed leg, or something more? Thank you! (I refered to her as a she, though she could techincally be a he)

I have had this happen with quail chicks before, it usually has something to do with the flooring of the incubator, if it is not grippy enough, they will slip around and wont be able to stand up. Band aids usually work and so do little rubberbands. Sometimes i put them in a roll of duct tape with a tea towel inside. Usually the others walk all over the chick with bad legs.
