The asparagus is doing terrible! The new ones included! I planted probably 40 old crowns and the. 40 new ones!!
I have exactly 2 tiny spindly spears of asparagus total! Bought the new ones in perfect time and followed the direction. Some are even in a brand new raised bed i built to control water and soil conditions more effectively. Is it really that hard to get them going?!?
I am loosing way too much time and money. As i mentioned before i chose the wrong location at the new house and drown them all before i could save them. Now i have a seemingly prefect spot and i just don’t get it.
What am i doing wrong?!?
