Aspergillosis in Cayuga Duckling?

One of my week old Cayuga ducklings appears to have Aspergillosis. The breeder said she'd exchange the duckling, which I'd feel guilty doing....is there anything we can do to help the duckling? S/he's clearly having a hard time breathing, heart is racing etc. S/he really seems to be struggling. S/he eats a bit, drinks a little (not as much as the other two ducklings).

What is the temperature in their brooder?

Under the brooder plate about 90, the ambient air temp is 75-80.

Someone did suggest she was hot, but the brooder is big enough that she can get away from the heat if that's the case.
